The complaint will be reviewed to determine whether or not any action is required. If there is a need for action, the City will investigate the complaint and issue its findings.

Filing an ADA Accessibility Complaint

Please help the City identify barriers to accessibility in its facilities and/or programs/services for persons with disabilities such as:

Inside Facility
Restrooms, doors, counters, paths of travel, elevators, and drinking fountains;

Outside Facility
Ramps, slopes, curb cuts, sidewalks, parking, paths of travel, and handrails;

Programs/Services/Activities
Website, classes, meetings, payments, and Kids World
